Elastic belts, Mini-HNI, Protect'Hop and wool protections

Elastic belts
The easiest layer, really easy to remove to go on the potty or to change baby, it's the elastic belt.
An elastic belt holds the diaper in a "sumo" style.It is the most popular layer system among the parents practicing the HNI because it is fast, easy and cheap.

An elastic belt is used instead of plastic attachments (snappi), and allows to hold the layer or the lange in place.You can use an elastic belt without protective panties to better feel when the layer is wet, which allows the parent to explain to the child that he has just peed, and to quickly change the layer.

To change a wet layer on a standing child, just pull on the wet layer, then return the dry layer to the front or back of the belt, pull between your child's legs, then insert it on the other side.For a young child, you insert the diaper in the back first, then pull the diaper forward as you would with any other layer.It is easier to insert back when you hold your baby on your chest.

Many babies hate diaper changes, and their parents struggle to change them.Elastic belts remove this obstacle and allow quick and easy layer changes.

You can add waterproof wool protection over the lange and elastic belt, when you need to get out of the house to go shopping, or when another person keeping your child feels uncomfortable with non-waterproof diaper changes or for any other reason.

Elastic belts are very useful for infants and young children very busy day or night.These belts can hold an insert, an angel or a mini-HNI.

The mini-HNI
Very convenient for the Elimination Communication (HNI), here is the Mini-HNI and Mini-HNI pocket !
It attaches to baby size using the elastic belt under which it slips super fast and easily.
The mini-HNI is waterproof and lets baby skin breathe.

From day to night, at home and outside, at friends, in the car, etc., the waterproof Mini-HNI allows you to offer baby to eliminate easily without fear of "accidents"!

This makes it very comfortable to practice the HNI without stress!

HOP109.jpg The Protect'Hop
The "Protect'Hop" system is a little expensive and very convenient to practice Elimination Communication (HNI) or to accompany babies to continence.An elastic slips to the waist to serve as a belt.Then you place a classic or pre-folded lange in the wool rectangle.
The latter has 2 elastic bands on the edges so as to keep the angel inside the Protect'Hop.
This system has the advantage of being waterproof if it is released before use.

To propose to baby to eliminate it is enough to dislodge and front protection and drag them back under the belt in front of when baby is finished.
The Protect'Hop is made of boiled wool and belt and applied in recycled fibre.
The Protect'Hop is particularly appreciated when you practice it Elimination Communication (HNI) but we are not available, for example in output.To propose to her baby or bambin to eliminate, it is enough to open the front part.
L’ Elimination Communication (HNI) is also facilitated as the system remains attached to baby size, so no need to find where to place it
For children who move, you can prefer to put the cloth strip in front and attach it under the elastic, behind.
You can also install the Protect'Hop under Chinese pants, so that baby is not cold, while you can open the Protect'Hop through the pants slot.However, the jambia are more practical and keep the baby legs warm.

For even more impermeability, you can add a boiled wool lining.

Wool protections
To practice Elimination Communication (HNI) or baby accompaniment to continence, you can use a waist elastic belt to keep in place at the waist level an absorbent cotton insert that passes to the crotch.But this system Elimination Communication (HNI) is therefore not waterproof.
So if you add, above the lange, this wool protection, the system becomes waterproof.It's not waterproof, which makes you feel so baby has peeed.It also leaves much more breathing sensitive skins of babies.This protection is therefore placed on the lange and slips under an elastic belt (or waist elastic).
Very easy to remove and restore, the wool protection is very useful and uncosting when you want to avoid leaks!Very convenient to practice Elimination Communication (HNI).

Use:
either the baby wears a lange and you put this wool protection above and a waist elastic will keep everything in place;
either you slip it between the angel and a protect'hop so as to strengthen the impermeability of the Protect'Hop;
either the baby wears a lange and pants, and you can slip this wool protection between the two and hold it to the pants belt, this will avoid changing the pants.
