Delivery time and conditions for individuals

Send to the International and the DOM / TOM available : customs are at your expense and responsibility.

Availability of articles : Ecopitchoun undertakes to send you the requested quantity for each product within the limits of the available stocks. Following your order, if one or more items are missing, you will be contacted by email or SMS. Without answer to this email within 48 hours, we will do our best to put aside your parcel but Ecopitchoun reserves the right to prepare and ship your order (see paragraph below for production times) less missing products. Then pay you the amount too much. Any overpayment will be made by the same method as your payment method. Only payments by cheque can be refunded only by bank transfer. The prices shown in your shopping cart must be those indicated on the site when you pay.
Your order will be shipped by Colissimo followed, letter followed, World Relay or any other carrier. Please note, please read carefully the "delivery mode" section to read the exact delivery modes offered by Ecopitchoun, and to choose the shipping mode with a discount for signature if you prefer.

Manufacturing, preparation, and shipping time: Because the best waste is the one you don’t produce, Ecopitchoun manufactures each piece at the order in its workshop. Ecopitchoun has the heart of preserving french artisanal production. And only produces what is purchased, when you buy it, no more. So there is no big stock ahead, just a little on very few items. Thus, there is no surplus collection that would be robbed or thrown and therefore no waste.

The production times are a little longer than on more conventional websites or resale platforms.

Generally, count between 48h and 8 days between your order and the shipment of it. An order placed on Wednesday for example is taken into account and manufactured within 8 working days (= Saturday and Sunday do not count). Your order would be shipped between the day of your order and Friday. Also, the maximum period of 21 days is guaranteed between your order and shipment.

The delivery time depends on the delivery choices you make to the order according to the carrier.

We hope that these technical explanations will allow you to better understand our approach and better organize you on time.

The liability of the carrier and'Ecopitchoun stop when your parcel is indicated "delivered" by the carrier. You are solely responsible for your package once delivered. Please contact us to open an investigation with the shipping company if necessary.
