We also remind you that photos of the site are not contractual. The colors vary according to the personal parameters of your computer, and we cannot be held responsible. Colours may also vary slightly depending on arrivals.
Please note that the colors of the batches of mini-HNI indicated "assortment" vary according to the colors available at the time of packing. No return to the fee'Ecopitchoun cannot be considered.
Lack of right of withdrawal for digital books :
In accordance with the existing legal provisions for the provision of digital content, you expressly agree that the provision of the digital book(s) begins upon validation of your order either before the end of the 14-day period and you expressly waive the right of withdrawal. No request for withdrawal, cancellation or repayment will be admissible for the period under consideration. The acceptance of the immediate start-up of the supply of digital content and the express waiver of the right of withdrawal for these contents is formalized during the validation of the order of digital content. As a result, digital content purchases are firm and final. They will therefore not be able to exchange, refund or exercise a right of withdrawal.
The responsibility of La Poste and'Ecopitchoun stop when your parcel is indicated "delivered" by La Poste. You are solely responsible for your package once delivered. Please contact us to open an inquiry with the shipping company of the parcels if necessary.
If your parcel has reached you spolite, please contact La Poste directly, and before opening the package.
Is it possible to return an article?
Yes. The guarantee "Satisfied or refunded" means that if, for one reason or another, you are not satisfied with the item you ordered, you can return it to us, under certain conditions, within 14 days and we will refund you the entire amount of the item.
Before any return from an article, please contact us by mail so that we can communicate the return address to you, and validate this return. Without prior agreement on our part, the return may be refused at your expense.
What are the conditions for returning an article?
Our conditions of return are simple: we accept the return of all new articles. Items must be returned in their original packaging, in new condition, unlave, unlave, unused, accompanied by any accessories and notices as well as the invoice. We do not accept returns of incomplete articles, washed, used, damaged, damaged or soiled. If a return comes to us and does not meet these conditions, we will refuse it and the return fee will be at your expense.
Do I have to pay back fees?

What if my order isn't in line?
If, despite all the care we bring to the preparation of the parcels, what you receive was not in accordance with your order, we undertake to refund you or exchange the defective and/or not corresponding to your request, or to ship you the missing items in the package, depending on what happened.
The shipping costs you have advanced for the return (if there is a return from you) will be refunded on the basis of the fare charged by La Poste and we will of course take charge of the shipping of your parcel. To be able to reimburse you the shipping costs then incurred, we will need the invoice of La Poste on behalf of'Ecopitchoun. Without this bill, we can't pay you back.
How do you return an article?
Just go back to us by La Poste. Before any return from an article, please contact us by e-mail (info@ecopitchoun.fr) so that we can communicate the return address to you and validate this return. Without prior agreement on our part, the return may be refused at your expense.
No shipment in port due or against refund will be accepted.
What time will I be reimbursed?
You will be refunded within 14 days after receipt of the goods by our services.
