Lamb skin and lamb skin Elimination Communication (HNI)

Lamb skins can be used as a product when you practice lamb skin Elimination Communication (HNI).
A baby left naked on a lamb skin will be very comfortable and if there is urine maintenance will be simple (see end of paragraph). When you practice it Elimination Communication (HNI), you realize that a baby doesn't usually urinate when it sleeps. If you're next to waking, you'll just have to offer him potty.
You can also opt for an elastic belt system + lange, without waterproof protection above. So, at night or during the nap, you can easily find out if baby needs to be changed because the lange will be wet.To change baby, remove the lange from the elastic belt, and you can slip it dry, all without waking baby!
Very convenient for the Elimination Communication (HNI), lamb skin is easy to maintain: you let it dry in the sun (this can put 2 days of drying), so the urine or stool will dry, and become dust, then you brush and type lamb skin, and you can reuse it.You can also wash it.

The alternative to lamb skin: the alaise and the protecsol
alaisenewall.jpg Alaise and protecsol have the same uses as lamb skin. They are ideal for changing babies, and for isolating them from the ground.Alaise is bigger than the protecsol.

For the Elimination Communication more specifically, they can be placed on the adult's knees or on the ground under the baby's butt to absorb the urine or hold the stools if needed.Alaise and protecsol are very convenient also in the car seat, or in the bed.

For those who do not appreciate lamb skins, they are an interesting alternative that still allows to benefit from the properties of wool.
