Practice it Elimination Communication (HNI) does not mean that you must absolutely leave your baby naked all the time!

The conventional clothing intended for babies is not really practical to offer it to eliminate, or even to change it, and even less to accompany it to autonomy.

One of the tools needed to practice the HNI is to dress baby with suitable clothes: spend several minutes to undress it before being able to offer it potty reduces your chances for the HNI to nothing.A baby, at birth, sometimes pee every 10 minutes. Then over time, weeks, months, years, his sphincters (muscles) develop and he will gradually space his pee.

It is essential to provide you with equipment adapted to your daily life.More and more parents practicing HNI realize that there are comfortable and practical clothing, which relieves them of the pressure generated by "accidents" or "crambled".
