Sending to the International and in the DOM / TOM possible: customs are at your expense and responsibility.

You can set your order by Carte Bleue (via the Paypal bank without opening a Paypal account or Stripe), by your Paypal account, by bank transfer, or cheque.
For any order modification: Any refund of overpayment will be made by the same method as your payment method. Payments by cheque will be refunded by bank transfer only.

Payment by CB via Paypal : you have the choice between a payment with your Paypal account, or without opening a Paypal account. In this last case, use Paypal as a regular CB payment bank.

Payment by CB via Stripe: use Stripe as a conventional CB payment bank.

Payment by check. Upon receipt of the cheque, the order is shipped. The check will have to come within 7 days. If the payment is not received, the order will be automatically cancelled and the items will be returned for sale.

Manufacturing, preparation, and shipping time: Ecopitchoun has the heart of preserving french artisanal production. For the durability of the workshop, the items are manufactured as orders are made. In addition, as a craftsman, Ecopitchoun is present on lounges, and these represent a particular increase of activity for the workshop. Also, production times vary.
Generally, count between 48h and 1 week between your order and the shipment of it. You can look at the top right of the homepage the current estimate of the delivery time when ordering.
Also, the maximum period of 21 days is guaranteed between your order and shipment.

Availability of articles : Ecopitchoun undertakes to send you the requested quantity for each product within the limits of the available stocks. Following your order, if one or more items are missing, you will be contacted by email or SMS. Without answer to this email within 48 hours, we will do our best to put aside your parcel but Ecopitchoun reserves the right to prepare and ship your order (see paragraph below for production times) less missing products. Then pay you the amount too much. Any overpayment will be made by the same method as your payment method. Only payments by cheque can be refunded only by bank transfer. The prices shown in your Paypal shopping cart must be those indicated on the website during your payment.

Your order will be shipped by the mode of transport you selected.
If you have opted for a relay delivery, make sure that it is not unavailable to receive it (considered, etc.).

The liability of the carrier and'Ecopitchoun stop when your parcel is marked "delivered". You are solely responsible for your package once delivered. Thank you for asking us to investigate the company that manages our shipments if necessary.

If your parcel has reached you, please contact the carrier directly, and before opening the package.

LIVRAISON FRAIS:
For any order, shipping costs are based on the carrier you choose, not reductible. Carrier's GTCs are applicable to you and are independent of'Ecopitchoun.

RECLAMATION:
For any claim, please refer to "satisfied or refunded".

Lack of right of withdrawal for digital books :
In accordance with the existing legal provisions for the provision of digital content, you expressly agree that the provision of digital book(s) begins upon validationion of your order is before the end of the 14-day period and you expressly waive the right of withdrawal. No request for withdrawal, cancellation or repayment will be admissible for the period under consideration. The acceptance of the immediate start-up of the supply of digital content and the express waiver of the right of withdrawal for these contents is formalized during the validation of the order of digital content. As a result, digital content purchases are firm and final. They will therefore not be able to exchange, refund or exercise a right of withdrawal.
