RECETTE de la PATATE DOUCE au TOFU
Ingredients: 3 sweet potatoes with pink flesh 100 gr of tofu nature 1 cc of cumin (or 4 spices, or dehydrated algae) salt 3c of olive oil (or sunflower or rapeseed) 1 onion 3 cs of tamari
Peel, cut and cook steamed sweet potatoes. Meanwhile, crush the tofu, put it in a frying pan, heat it over low heat by incoping cumin and salt. Bake the chopped onion in a little oil, add the tamari, stir and stop the heat. Scratch sweet potatoes in puree, add tofu to cumin and onion with tamari, mix everything and serve immediately.
