CREUSOIS RECETTE

Ingredients:
4 egg whites
200 gr of sugar
150 gr of cooled melted butter
50 gr of flour
100 gr of ground hazelnut

Put in order: sugar, butter, flour, beaten whites, and hazelnuts.

Bake 20 min over medium heat.

In the end, this cake is not inflated and is 1.5-2 cm thick.
