Eating organic" by France GUILLAIN in the Jouvence editions, here is a book that deserves the detour!
For those who do not understand very well what organic food corresponds, and who do not know what to buy, or how to cook it. This book also provides an update on how to eat balanced. And it costs only 4.90 euros!

Because to eat "bio", it is not enough to store its food for those with an AB label (Biological Agriculture), but to relearn to eat, and cook differently.
Some still doubt, despite studies, scientific tests and information from all consumers, the truthfulness of bio.

Here are some remarks that have been heard over the discussions, which are repeated here because if these questions come back, they may be the only blockages to a passage to a healthier diet!

“Biological agriculture is pep! The phreatics are the same for all, organic or not! Then how to explain this: an orchard of fisheries is purchased by a farmer who wishes to certify his fisheries by the label AB (Biological Agriculture rye). But to try to see it clearer, here is what to remember in the first place:
Cereals: buckwheat, kasha, millet, orge, quinoa, wheat, rice, couscous, .
Lightweight: red beans, azukis, broken peas, lentils (greens, blondes, coral...).
The virgin oils of 1st cold pressure, indispensable (cf Dr. KOUSMINE): carthame, rapeseed, sunflower, olive, squash tree, argan, nuts, hazelnut, .
Oleaginous: nuts, hazelnuts, cashew nuts, beef nuts, almonds, peanuts, pistachios, .

For example, organic food is:
Inside: a good plate of crudities with virgin oil of 1st cold pressure, oilseeds, sprouted seeds, sprinkle with malty yeast, add a little Tamari to salt, some grass of your choice, a little lemon pressed
For the dish: cereals with legumes at 1/3 of legumes for 2/3 of cereals, and cooked vegetables, and an egg or tofu (not more than 3 times a week) to make simple, sprinkle with yeast, some tamari, virgin oil 1st cold pressure, and herbs!
To taste it: FRAIS fruits, also think of cheese and dried fruits!

These last 2 paragraphs are very reducing because there is a lack of information, but if you keep it in mind, it will greatly facilitate your various readings!
