THE' Elimination Communication (HNI) is not necessarily synonymous with "without diapers", especially since practicing HNI without protection often goes hand in hand with stress and expectations that would harm communication with your child. However, disposable layers are not desirable at all, and washable layers are too thick or not suitable for HNI practice.
You will find the different ingenious systems that match you among the different models proposed: minimalist layers, thinner protections, waterproof or not, several systems adapted to your daily life, your relationship with the baby. These were invented to suit the needs of parents. There are many for you to find the system that suits you rather than adapting to a model.
